-How did &Collar get started?
While living in hot, humid climates, our founder felt there needed to be dress clothing that was breathable and comfortable like athletic wear. You can check out what he did next HERE.
-Since this fabric is different, how do I care for my &Collar?
We tried to keep our products as easy maintenance as possible. You can throw them in the washing machine. We recommend on cold to help the longevity of the water wicking qualities. You can then hang dry. As wearers, we throw them in the dryer and they come out wrinkle free! You can also iron your &Collar products- if you’re into that sort of thing. We recommend the low setting.
-How do I find the right size?

&Collar proudly stands behind the quality in all our products. We know that every“body” is different so we’d love to get the best fit for you. If you are not pleased with your purchase from our site, you may initiate a return or exchange. You can initiate a return on any new and unused items up to 45 days after your purchase. For more information and/or to start a return, login to your account and select the order that you want to begin a return or exchange for HERE.
-How long does it take to ship? Do you ship internationally?
If your product is in stock, our fulfillment center is very quick to get orders out on business days. We ask that you allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it ships out with your chosen shipping method. (Although, our team is usually much quicker than that!) We do ship internationally to select countries outside of the US and shipping to your country of choice can be selected at checkout. -Can I purchase an &Collar gift card?
At &Collar, we’ve got you covered from neck to toe. And for your friends and family that you’d like to gift &Collar to, we are here to help. You can choose different amounts to have on your gift card HERE. They are electronic so a gift card will be sent to your email address. You can then email it directly to a loved one or print it off and wrap it. The possibilities are endless!
-Why is shipping insurance added to my cart at checkout?
Our customers and their &Collar experience is our top priority. While we wish we could hand-deliver every &Collar order, they are out of our control when we hand them off to shipping carriers. This is why we offer affordable shipping insurance. It is optional and can be removed at checkout. This covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in shipping, you can simply file a claim. When your claim is approved, you will receive a new order or gift card to replace your order. If you have any questions about your insurance, please reach out to the Dream Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Do you ship orders to the UK & EU? If so, how will orders be shipped?
Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.
