Frequently asked questions

If your product is in stock, our fulfillment center is very quick to get orders out on business days.  We ask that you allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it ships out with your chosen shipping method.  (Although, our team is usually much quicker than that!)

We tried to keep our products as easy maintenance as possible. You can throw them in the washing machine.  We recommend on cold to help the longevity of the water wicking qualities. You can then hang dry.  As wearers, we throw them in the dryer and they come out wrinkle free! You can also iron your &Collar products- if you’re into that sort of thing.  We recommend the low setting.
