Before you buy
Is it really stain-proof?
It is stain-repellent. Liquids bead up on the surface and wipe or rinse off, and most food marks come out in a normal wash. Something ground in and left for a week can still leave a trace, like any fabric. Day to day, it is the difference between a ruined shirt and a napkin.
Does the repellent finish wash out?
It is built into the fabric, not sprayed on. Wash normally and skip fabric softener, which coats fibers and dulls any performance finish.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold or warm with your regular laundry. Hang dry or tumble low. No ironing needed. Nobody at our office has visited a dry cleaner in years.
